When I was in Hong Kong, sushi was one of the types of food that I have eaten the most. So it took me a while to organize all the sushi photos. This is the first batch: sushi @ Monster sushi. Located in Langham Place (Mong Kok) with the longest indoor escalator in Hong Kong I believe. The sushi weren’t monstrous big, but monstrous good-looking so I had to eat them ;)
Look at this salmon sashimi: bling bling
Scallop sushi in three styles (Scallop in Edomae Style + Seared Scallop + Scallop with Sauce) : This was the best!! Juicy and fresh.
Unagi nigiri: My must order sushi! To be honest not the best I had, but it was good enough.
Soft shell crab nigiri: Yummy and crunchy…
Fatty Tuna & Sea Urchin gunkan maki: I never eaten sea urchirin before, and I would definitely eat again.
Godzilla Roll: Funny name only…
They have a lot of own created sushi combinations compared to other sushi restaurant. Although it was very crowded, it was a good dining experience. And I was monstrous full!
Located: Mong Kok – Langham Place and Tsim Sha Tsui – iSQUARE
Price: almost equal to Europe prices (average).
(I am getting monstrous hungry looking at these pics ^^ )
